1. Return Eligibility Window
We offer a **7-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy** starting from the date of delivery recorded by our courier partner.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original handcrafted condition.
- Original tag, artisan guarantee certification, and original packaging must be intact.
- Because each item is individually hand-made by master artisans, slight natural variations in texture, color, or motif lines are hallmarks of genuine authenticity rather than defects.
2. Damaged or Defective Deliveries
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or broken during transit:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share unboxing photos or a short video showing the damaged package to support@craftedlove.com or via Tawk.to Live Chat.
- We will arrange a free doorstep pickup and dispatch a brand-new replacement immediately at zero additional cost.
3. Reverse Pickup & Exchange Process
Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will collect the shipment from your delivery address within 2-4 business days. Please pack the item securely in original bubble wrap/cardboard box to prevent transport damage.
